Here goes!

Heyy and welcome to my running blog! I have never blogged before so bear with me! :)
I am going to use this blog to record my efforts in trying to get fit, shed some pounds, tone up and ultimately run a 5k race for life! I know it doesn't sound like a lot but it is my first goal!
I'm going to share with you my highs and lows and maybe some funny moments too so .. here goes!
